Theory of Operation:
The airflow containing dust enters the dust catcher from the entrance. With the dust comparted and collected by the surface of the filter core, the purified airflow is allowed to let out from the center of the filter core, thus the dust purification effect is achieved.
Then compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) realeased from the electromagnetism valve to the center of filter core will forge a wave surge to blow off the collected dust on the surface of the filter core down into the ash bucket.
The PLC controlling system is adopted to apply such anti-blow practice according to a designed program, further ensuring a very high purification efficiency of the equipment.
