Theory of Operation:
Theairflow containing dust enters the dustcatcher from the entrance. Withthe dust comparted and collected by thesurface of the filter core, thepurified airflow is allowed to let outfrom the center of the filtercore, thus the dust purification effect isachieved.
Then compressedair (0.6-0.7Mpa) realeased from theelectromagnetism valve to thecenter of filter core will forge a wavesurge to blow off the collecteddust on the surface of the filter coredown into the ash bucket.
ThePLC controlling system is adopted toapply such anti-blow practiceaccording to a designed program, furtherensuring a very highpurification efficiency of the equipment.
